how we started
About us
our story
The founders, Mr. Isac Tharian and his wife Mrs. Ann Isac founded Agape Kindergarten because they felt overwhelmed by the sight of young children in rural areas working and playing instead of attending school.
When they enquired about some of the young kids, the children were informed that they couldn’t go to school since their parents earned a daily income and most of their fathers were inebriated, making it impossible for them to pay for their education. After noticing this, Mrs. and Mr. Isac Tharian were driven and passionate to build a center where children could learn at affordable cost or support them through those passionate about educating children. Thus, Agape Kindergarten was established in June 2015 and has been operational for eight years. The school is still developing slowly and with much strength and effort despite all the ups and downs.
Numerous children’s lives have already been significantly transformed by Agape Kindergarten. Many of our alumni have gone on to pursue education and secure seats in prominent schools. We are proud to witness our graduates making a positive difference in their communities, becoming role models and change-makers.

Welcome to Agape Kindergarten and thank you for being a part of this vibrant community.We believe in the holistic development of a child and are committed to give every child the best kindergarten experience, so that each child will be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. This was born with a burden and desire to help and support those who are not able to have a good foundation of education from the surrounding of Nagenahalli village in Bangalore.
At our kindergarten, our primary goal is to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment where each child can flourish and reach their full potential. We believe that every child is unique and possesses their own set of talents and abilities. Our dedicated team of teachers and support staff are committed to fostering a love for learning and helping each child discover their own individual strengths. This year, we have planned an array of exciting and educational activities that will engage and challenge our young learners. From interactive storytelling sessions to hands-on science experiments, we aim to create a well-rounded curriculum that caters to the holistic development of our students. Our focus will be on fostering a love for reading, thinking, creativity, and social skills, all of which lay the foundation for future success.
We live in a time where all social values are derailing. Education has a great impact to make a person whole. Furthermore, we understand the vital role parents play in a child’s education. I would like to express my utmost gratitude to all the parents and guardians for entrusting us with the education and care of your precious little ones. It is a responsibility we take very seriously and one that drives us to strive for excellence in all aspects of their development.We will be organizing regular parent-teacher meetings and workshops, where we can collaborate and communicate effectively to ensure the best possible learning experience for your child. Your involvement and support are invaluable to us, and we encourage you to actively participate in your child’s educational journey.
Agape Kindergarten aims for the formation of the same in every child who comes here, as each child is special and has tremendous potential. I am filled with anticipation and excitement for the year ahead. Together, let us embark on this wonderful journey of learning, growth, and discovery. I have no doubt that with our collective efforts, we will create an environment where our little stars can shine brightly.
